Once a driver accepts, you see them on the campus map with an estimated arrival time, plus their name, car and plate number so you know exactly who to look for.

Drivers go online, set their price per seat within the allowed range, see new student requests with the route and what they'll earn, and accept in a tap. Good to know before you ride.

Who is CampusRides for?

It's built for one campus: its students and the campus drivers who already serve it.

Can I book a ride for later?

No. CampusRides is for rides right now. Students can't always be sure they'll be at a spot at a set time, so requests are on demand.

Do I need a PIN to start the ride?

No. We kept the steps minimal to save your time. Once your payment is confirmed, the ride simply continues.

How do drivers know I need a ride?

Drivers who are online see your request straight away, and they can turn on ride alerts so they don't have to keep watching the app.

How do I pay?

Top up your wallet and pay from it once your driver has arrived. If you share a cab, you pay only for your own seat. You get a receipt with the trip, driver and reference.

How is the fare decided? Can I share a cab?

Each driver sets a price per seat within limits CampusRides allows. You see the fare before you pay, and you can cancel if it is too high. Students going the same way can ride in one cab, and each pays only for their own seat.

What if something goes wrong?

Use Emergency SOS in your profile for campus emergency numbers, or reach out to support from the app.
